Do you know how to handle intoxicated people in your role as a hospitality provider? Ensure you are aware of the rules and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol in the hospitality industry with our Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course.

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to responsibly sell or serve alcohol. This also applies to Security Officers working in licensed venues.

Responsible practices must be undertaken wherever alcohol is served or sold, including where alcohol samples are served during on-site product tastings.
