Can I get hardcopy resources with my online course?
With online training, usually printed resources are not also available.
This will depend on which course you are studying. If hardcopy resources are available and you wish to order them, this will incur a separate fee.
Assessments however must be completed through the online portal.
Is there support for online students if I ask a question?
Of course! You will be assigned to a trainer who you will be able to email directly. You can also schedule a suitable time with your trainer for a phone chat if needed.
Do your online courses include live webinars?
The types of resources available to students will differ depending on the course you enrol into. Some of our courses do include videos for students to review and we can design custom programs for individual students or groups.
